Revocation
A “consumer” is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Fine Principles, Alexandra Schwarzwald, Anklamer Straße 38, 10115 Berlin, Germany, or by e-mail to support@fineprinciples.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement. For example, you can email us, send us a letter by post or use our sample withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay. In any event, not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You should return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. But don’t worry — you will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to a defect that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
Damage & incorrect items
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if something is damaged, or you have received the wrong item. This will enable us to repair the damage quickly or send you a suitable replacement.
Returns in the event of a withdrawal
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return shipping costs, so you are responsible for the return shipping costs if you want to send something back.
Once we have processed your return, we will send you a return label and refund you the amount via your original payment method, minus the shipping costs to the place where your item was delivered. Please note that the refund may take a few days depending on your payment provider.
Send the items back to us in the original packaging, well secured and free from damage or contamination. If necessary, add extra protection during transportation to avoid claims for damages due to insufficient packaging.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive. Or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Refund
Once we have processed your return, we will initiate your refund using your chosen payment method. Your account should be credited within a few days, depending on your payment provider’s policy and processing time.
