Shipping & Payment
Shipping conditions
We ship all our products plastic-free, insured and climate-friendly within Germany and the EU with DHL GoGreen. From a purchase value of €220.00 EUR shipping is free of charge for you. For orders below this amount, the following shipping costs apply:
Within Germany — €6.19 EUR
Return shipping within Germany — €6.19 EUR
Within Europe — €14.49 EUR
Return shipping within Europe — €14.49 EUR
We currently deliver to the following EU countries
Austria / Belgium / Bulgaria / Croatia / Cyprus / Czech Republic / Finland / France / Greece / Italy / Lithuania / Luxembourg / Malta / Netherlands / Portugal / Romania / Slovakia / Slovenia / Spain.
Shipping outside the EU
If you are located in Switzerland, the United Kingdom or a country not listed above, please contact us at support@fineprinciples.com, and we will do our best to find a solution.
Shipping costs shown include VAT and are calculated by us at a flat rate. Please note that when shipping to a non-EU country, additional customs fees may apply. Fine Principles has no influence on customs clearance. The recipient always bears possible customs duties.
Delivery times
Within Germany — 3 to 5 working days
Within Europe — 5 to 8 working days
We process our orders from Monday to Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM, except on Sundays and public holidays throughout Germany. Please note that delivery cannot be made on these days, but always on the next working day.
If you place orders with different production and delivery times, we will dispatch the goods as soon as they are ready, at no additional cost to you.
Express delivery
At the moment we only produce on request or in small batches and therefore unfortunately cannot offer express delivery, as production takes several weeks anyway. Thank you for your patience!
Shipment tracking
As soon as your order has been placed, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. As soon as your jewellery is finished and ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation from us. In this email, you will also find a link to track your shipment so that you can keep an eye on your parcel. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact support@fineprinciples.com!
Revocation
If you do not like the product or a part does not fit, you can return the goods to us within 14 days without giving any reason. However, we reserve the right to deduct the regular return costs from the refund amount for faultless items.
We will exchange unworn and undamaged products or refund the purchase price.
If you order a size that does not fit, and we do not have it in stock, we will of course refund the full purchase price. If you wish, we will produce the desired item with the corresponding production time for a new order. In this case, we will contact you.

Payment methods
For deliveries within Germany and the European Union, we offer the following payment methods, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description:
Apple Pay
Pay conveniently with Apple Pay during the ordering process. Payment is made via a supported Apple device. Your payment details stored in the Apple Wallet app will be used for the transaction. Further information: Apple Pay Support
Google Pay
Use Google Pay for fast and secure payment in the ordering process. Confirm the payment on a supported device with the Google Pay app, following the verification steps. The payment details you have stored in your Google Pay app will be used for the transaction. Further information: Google Pay Support
Klarna
Klarna
In co-operation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made directly to Klarna. Invoice — the payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods or provision of the service.

PayPal
If you select PayPal as your payment method at checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal page to process the payment. If you are already registered with PayPal, you can log in and pay directly. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can quickly create an account and pay. No PayPal account is required for the direct debit, credit card and purchase on account via PayPal payment methods. After payment, you will be redirected back to our website, https://fineprinciples.com.
Credit card
We accept American Express, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa.
Payment by invoice
If you choose the invoice payment option, you will receive an invoice that you must pay within the specified period of 14 days. This payment method is only available for selected customers.
If you pay by invoice, the pre-order will be put into production after receipt of payment, and we will deliver the order after completion.
