Currently, we only produce on request or in small batches, so unfortunately, we cannot offer express shipping, as production takes several weeks anyway. Thank you for your patience!
Revocation
If you don’t like the product or a part doesn’t fit, you can return it to us within 14 days without giving any reason. However, we reserve the right to deduct the regular return shipping costs from the refund amount for flawless items.

You may know that silver and gold age differently — and this also applies to gold-plated jewellery. Over time, the surface can change and possibly discolour.
But don’t worry: we explain how precious metals react with the environment and offer a cleaning or refreshing service. Just send us your jewellery and we’ll make it shine again!

Made to order
We want to promote responsible consumption — that’s why we focus on small batches and produce on demand. If your chosen piece isn’t in stock, we’ll notify the team in Pforzheim and have it produced for you.
Our production usually takes four to five weeks, as the individual steps take place in the background. We therefore ask for your patience. As soon as we know when your order can be dispatched, we’ll get in touch with you and let you know a specific delivery date.

Size guide
We use the international standard system ISO (8653:2016), which defines ring sizes in terms of the inner diameter of the ring and is measured in millimetres.
Our standard sizes are 48, 50, 52, 54, 56, 58, 60, 62, 64, 66, 68, and 70, which you can find in our size guide. We also offer custom sizes upon request.
The chain lengths are given in their actual length in centimetres, as are all other bangle sizes.

Transparent & gentle production
Our pieces are made in Pforzheim, where experts apply their expertise to the manufacturing process and combine modern techniques with traditional craftsmanship.
We also focus on small quantities and only produce our jewellery when you order it. This gives us the opportunity to produce consciously and conserve resources.
Officially Fairmined licensed
Certified materials are not an extra for us, but the basis. We work with RJC-certified precious metals from the Pforzheim region and focus on holistic production — from casting to goldsmithing.
At the same time, we pay attention to the challenges of metal extraction and recycling — with an eye for resources, origin, and responsibility. Therefore, we offer certified Fairmined precious metals for selected pieces.
Design with principles
What began with the desire to bring together graphics and jewellery is now a label with its own facet — reduced, clear and based on well-thought-out principles.
This is why the graphic structure is deliberately left unpolished in order to preserve the fine details. So, each piece tells the aesthetic of its manufacture — timeless in expression, precise in form.
The potential of folding
A fascination with surfaces and lines has given rise to a design language by its own. Designer Alexandra not only reads light in facets, but also order, movement, and depth.
Inspired by folding grids and graphic systems, she creates jewellery that not only decorates, but also says something — quietly, clearly and focused on the essentials.
Questions & Answers
Can I return the jewellery?
If you change your mind, you naturally have the right to return your jewellery within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The only important thing is that the jewellery is returned unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. You can find all the details about the exact process and the right of revocation.
Do I get a refund for vouchers?
Please understand that vouchers are not refundable. Each one has an individual code and is generated specifically for your order. Unfortunately, a cash refund is not possible — but the voucher can be redeemed at any time for an order in our shop.
Can I cancel my order?
No problem — we understand that decisions can change. So that we can process your cancellation in time, please let us know as soon as possible, preferably on the same day of your order or the following working day at the latest. As soon as your order has been dispatched, our regular returns policy will apply.
Can I change my delivery address?
As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, you are welcome to inform us of a changed delivery address. Simply write to us as soon as possible at support@fineprinciples.com so that we can make the adjustment in good time. Once your order is on its way, a change is unfortunately no longer possible.
Can you change the size of my ring?
Unfortunately, our rings cannot be resized after production. The facets would cause unsightly dents at the edges when stretching or reducing the size with a ring machine. It is therefore best to check the correct size beforehand — we will of course be happy to help you!
Do you offer express delivery?
We currently only produce small quantities on request — which is why we do not offer express delivery. Production takes a few weeks anyway, but we will of course keep you up to date. Thank you for your understanding!
