Inspired by the possibilities of folding, the extra long pendant XFPD1284XL captures the aesthetics of folded structures in a clear, graphic form. Its faceted surface is created through a precise manufacturing process in Pforzheim: It is 3D printed, then cast from recycled and certified precious metals and finished by hand. To preserve its characteristic look, the surface is deliberately left unpolished after casting — with a fine texture and a subtle shine.

Express delivery
Currently, we only produce on request or in small batches, so unfortunately, we cannot offer express shipping, as production takes several weeks anyway. Thank you for your patience!

Revocation

If you don’t like the product or a part doesn’t fit, you can return it to us within 14 days without giving any reason. However, we reserve the right to deduct the regular return shipping costs from the refund amount for flawless items.

We want to promote responsible consumption — that’s why we focus on small batches and produce on demand. If your chosen piece isn’t in stock, we’ll notify the team in Pforzheim and have it produced for you.

We therefore ask for your patience for approximately four to five weeks during production, as several work steps are involved in the background. As soon as we know when it can be shipped, we will contact you with a specific delivery timeframe.

Size guide

We use the international standard system ISO (8653:2016), which defines ring sizes in terms of the inner diameter of the ring and is measured in millimetres.

Our standard sizes are 48, 50, 52, 54, 56, 58, 60, 62, 64, 66, 68, and 70, which you can find in our size guide. We also offer custom sizes upon request.

The chain lengths are given in their actual length in centimetres, as are all other bracelet sizes.

Care instructions

You may know that silver and gold age differently — and this also applies to gold-plated jewellery. Over time, the surface can change and possibly tarnish. But don’t worry: We can explain how precious metals react with the environment and offer a cleaning or touch-up service. Simply send us your jewellery, and we’ll make it shine again!

What can I do if I ordered the wrong item?

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order, but make sure to do so as soon as possible, preferably the same day or the next day.

Can I change my delivery address?

You can change your address until we send you a shipping confirmation. Please contact us at support@fineprinciples.com to discuss further details.

Can I pay with a different currency?

At the moment, you can only pay in euros (€).

Can you resize my ring?

Unfortunately, due to the faceting, we cannot resize the ring after production. Using a ring machine to stretch or shrink it would only result in dents on the inner or outer edges.

Do you offer express shipping?

We’re currently only producing in small batches upon request and therefore don't offer express shipping, as production takes several weeks anyway. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I return the jewellery?

You have the right to return the jewellery within fourteen days without giving any reason. For more information, see return policy.

Can I return personalized jewellery?

Personalized jewellery is neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Do I get a refund for gift cards?

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, as each order is assigned a unique voucher code. Cash payments are also not possible.
