The solid bangle XFBG644 captures the aesthetics of timeless folding techniques in defined lines. Cast from certified precious metals, it bears the fingerprint of its manufacturing process, and reflects the light in 64 facets.

We use recycled precious metals from RJC-certified refineries in and around Pforzheim — we also offer Fairmined alloys for individual pieces.

Inspired by the possibilities of folding, the solid bangle XFBG644 brings the aesthetics of folded structures into a clear, graphic form.

Its faceted surface is created in a precise manufacturing process in Pforzheim: it is produced using a 3D printing process, then cast from recycled and certified precious metals and trimmed by hand.

To preserve the characteristic look, the surface is deliberately left unpolished after casting — with a fine texture and a subtle shine.

As with all jewellery, a little care goes a long way toward prolonging its joy. Many of our designs are wonderfully suitable for everyday wear, but our bangle is more sensitive to tables, or bags. Therefore, our tip: let them shine for special moments instead of sending them off on daily adventures…

We ship all our products plastic-free, insured, and climate-friendly within Germany and the EU using DHL GoGreen. Shipping is free for orders over €220.00 EUR. For orders below this amount, the following shipping costs apply:

We currently only produce on demand or in small batches and therefore unfortunately cannot offer express shipping, as production takes several weeks anyway. Thank you for your patience!

Cancellation

If you don't like the product or a part doesn't fit, you can return it to us within 14 days without giving a reason. However, we reserve the right to deduct the standard return shipping costs from the refund amount for undamaged items.
Size guide

We use the international standard system ISO (8653:2016), which defines ring sizes in relation to the inner diameter of the ring and is measured in millimetres.

Our standard sizes are 48, 50, 52, 54, 56, 58, 60, 62, 64, 66, 68, and 70, which you can find in our size guide. We also offer special sizes upon request.

The chain lengths are given in their actual length in centimetres, as are all other sizes of the bangles.

Made in Pforzheim

Our pieces are manufactured in Pforzheim, where professionals contribute their expertise to the manufacturing process, combining modern techniques with traditional craftsmanship.

Additionally, we focus on small production runs and only manufacture our jewellery after you order. This allows us to produce consciously and conserve resources.

Over 250 years of jewellery tradition

The gold city of Pforzheim — formerly Portus on the Enz, a Roman settlement founded in 90 BC — is a major city in the Black Forest with a long history for goldsmiths, jewelry artists, designers and jewellery lovers.

That’s why we work with foundries, goldsmiths, and metal suppliers from Pforzheim, where everyone is locally based and well-connected. We believe in supporting local craftsmanship and strive for long-term relationships with our producers.

Certification

Fairmined licenced brand

Certified materials are not an extra for us, but the foundation. We work with RJC-certified precious metals from the Pforzheim region and rely on a holistic manufacturing process.

At the same time, we are mindful of the challenges of metal extraction — with a focus on resources, origin, and responsibility. Therefore, we offer Fairmined precious metals for certain pieces.

Certifications in production

Our casting partner sources recycled gold and silver from refineries in and around Pforzheim, all of which are members of the RJC (Responsible Jewellery Council). These companies meet the standards — both in terms of material traceability (Chain of Custody) and ethical, social, and environmental responsibility (Code of Practices). In short, the RJC is the world's leading sustainability organisation in the jewellery industry.

Furthermore, the caster partner receives fairly mined gold and silver from Fairever — a certified supplier of Fairtrade and Fairmined precious metals. This ensures that the raw materials not only come from ethically responsible sources, but are also extracted with respect for the environment and social justice.

Fine Principles has been an officially Fairmined-licensed brand since September 2024!

Design with principles

What began with the desire to bring together graphic design and fine jewellery is now a label with its own facet — minimalist, clear and guided by well-considered principles.

That is why the surface is deliberately left untouched in order to preserve the fine details. This gives each piece its characteristic fingerprint from the manufacturing process — unpolished in finish, precise in form.

Facets, with a fingerprint

The word ‘facet’ itself is derived from the Latin ‘facies’ (meaning ‘front’ or ‘face’) and is basically nothing more than a flat surface on a geometric shape.

The facets in our jewellery are created during the transformation from 2D to 3D — they are therefore a central feature of our design. To preserve their clean lines and precision, we deliberately leave the surface untreated after casting and refrain from polishing, as polishing always involves the removal of material and character.

In this way, the fine printing grooves bring subtle texture to the material, create a gentle shimmer, and mark the facet with the fingerprint of the manufacturing process.
